Day 1 Nancegollan to Tintagel

Oh my goodness! I new today was going to be tough!

Relentless is probably the only polite way to describe it, 10kg panniers on the back tend to make it even harder!

I know there is equal downhill to uphill but the down only lasts a few seconds. 

I don't think there was a single minute of flat during the whole ride! 

However the weather was on my side and the scenery was stunning. Oh and the pint I'm now enjoying feels well earned. 

Truro was my first cake and coffee stop of the trip.

Unfortunately I'd eaten the cake before I thought to take a picture!!
